Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the instruction, the students will be able to better understand what does HRM imply, to better understand HR strategic roles, to study HR policies (recruitment, pay systems, motivation, ...) ant their impact on organization, and to analyse with a critical eye companies HR policies

HR basics; HR function and organisational context, HR planning (including recruitment and selection), pay policies, motivation
