Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Mobilise expertise in at least one area of management.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this instruction, the students will be able to understand the decisions of investment and financing within the company.

Content of UE

Decisions of investment: analysis of the instruments of capital budgeting  (internal rate of return, net present value, pay back period...). Decisions of financing: analysis of the structure of the liabilities, the determination of the weighted average cost of capital. The initial public offering and the valuation of company will be also analyzed. The accent will be put on the complementarity between the corporate finance and the market finance.
