Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
Upon completion of the language courses of this programme component, students will have a good command of German at the A1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students will be able to :
- read and understand short and simple texts about common and concrete topics ;
- identify relevant information in simple written samples.
Content of UE
Class activities centred on :
- understanding of general, particular and detailed information ;
- developing efficient reading and listening strategies ;
- using lexical research methods and structural analysis ;
- production of simple texts and utterances about various topics. Commented listening of audio(-visual) recordings.
Structural and lexical exercises (functional usage of common phrases and expressions).
Writing and speaking exercises.
Commented reading of factual and narrative texts. Class activities centred on :
understanding of general, particular and detailed information; developing efficient reading strategies ; using lexical research methods and structural analysis ; extending the passive vocabulary.
