Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this learning activity, students will be able to:
- identify, place and describe significant cultural events as a native speaker
would (literature, Fine Arts, political, economic and social organisation,
judicial system, etc.);
- carry out competent and accurate research on these subjects;
- report on their methodology and research. Upon completion of the language courses of the third module, students will have a good command of Chinese at the B2 level of the
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Content of UE
Familiarization with culture and literature.
Presentation of the organisation of the political, judicial and social systems, as well as of important social activities (education, media, etc.).
Personal work and research. Critical analysis of genuine audio-visual documents and varied texts.
Oral and written exercises.
Emphasis on interaction with native speakers and on intercultural skills (preparation for linguistic immersion during the 2nd term).
