• Understand language of instruction and foreign languages (language skills)
• Communicate easily and adequately, in both selected foreign languages, at a minimum level of B2 in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
• Understand and integrate cultural similarities and differences (cultural and intercultural skills)
• Demonstrate real knowledge of the cultures of the studied languages
• Use lexicographical resources and reference materials to lead linguistic mediation activities individually or as part of a team (professional skills)
• Carry out, alone or in groups, activities or projects involving critical analysis
• Communicate results or conclusions of these activities or projects in an appropriate manner

Learning Outcomes of UE

Upon completion of the language courses of the second block, students will have a good command of the foreign language at the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students will be able to: - grasp the meaning of textes written in common language or related to their activities; understand the description of events, feelings and wishes in personal letters; - produce simple connected texts on topics that are familiar or of personal interest; write personal letters that describe personal experiences and impressions.
