      Learning Outcomes of UE

      At the term of this course, students will be capable to
      - use in context basic English grammar notions; 
      - extract information from science-oriented English texts;
      - to communicate in English, in writing and orally, on science-related topics;
      - work autonomously on audio documents (B1-B2 level);
      - build vocabulary linked to science and medicine;
      - put into practice the basic rules of English pronunciation;
      - create science-oriented works linked to their field of study.

      Content of UE

      - Revision of English grammar,
      - Individual work (computer lab sessions), 
      - Document analysis (popularized articles , videos, audios)
      - Introduction to pronunciation and to written and oral communication, 
      - Science-oriented individual and group assignments

      Prior Experience

      A2 level highly recommended (general English evening courses available for A0-A1 beginners)
