Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Mobilise a structured set of scientific knowledge and skills and specialised techniques in order to carry out missions in Total Quality Management (TQM), using their expertise and adatability.
    • Master and appropriately apply knowledge, models, methodsn norms and techniques specific to the field of Total Quality Management (TQM).
    • Identify and discuss possible applications of techniques, methods or new or existing reference sources.
    • Assess the relevance of models and results in view of the current state of knowledge and the characteristics of the problem.
  • Manage projects or processes in view of their objectives, resources and constraints, ensuring the quality of activities and deliverables.
    • Define the project in view of its objectives, resources and constraints.

Learning Outcomes of UE

Know standards and reference tables of the domain of the quality, the environment and the safety as well as the standards applicable to the laboratory.

Introduction in the standards (quality, environment and safety) - Quality systems in the laboratory (ISO 17025 - GLP) - Reference table EFQM and applications
