Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Mobilise the relevant analytical approaches and the appropriate methodological tools to analyse, rigorously, thoroughly and comparatively, the problems of social transitions and innovations, including their interactions and their spatial and temporal evolutions.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the instruction, the students will be able to: define the notion of social changes with respect to its influences on the development of the social and personal identity; determine the main psychosocial factors which are consequent to social changes; analyse the main expected and unexpected effects related to social changes; examine the processes of the social intervention in a citizenship's perspective.

Content of UE

The anthropological principles of sociology; the processes of social changes; the existential conflicts between the engaged, desired and assigned identities which result from social changes; the self-efficacy feeling; the principles at the basis of the social action.
