Learning Outcomes of UE

The main aim is to transmit to the students different and complementary concepts concerning the economic approach of a project, namely: Establishment of a quantitative and estimated scale or part, its stakes and its repercussions. Establishment of an invitation to tender on the basis of actual documents. Establishment of alternative directives concerning the various tools for valuing an offer (mandatory variants used to increase the value of the offer, see the project). Encourage group work and teamwork.

Content of UE

The course is divided into several chapters dealing with the economics of construction. On the basis of lectures, students will have to deal with several aspects related to the economy; From the establishment of a descriptive meter. From the approach of the response to a call for tenders The valorization of variants related to the economic aspect of sustainable construction.
