Content of Learning Activity
This course is intended for non-lawyers. The key chapters of the course are therefore: - business and its legal meaning: the concept of merchant; - specific rules applying to merchants: jurisdiction of commercial courts; specific forms of proofs; bankruptcy ; - commercial corporations; - principle of freedom of trade, competition law, trade practices; - insolvency; - main business contracts
