      Content of Learning Activity

      Theorical section: some reference points as notion of group, cohesion factors, group dynamics (participation in production and in solidarity), leadership, leader Tools, conflict management,... Practical section: organization of peer tutoring sessions, exchanges about academic integration (in University), contribution to work realized by first year students, assessment of a presentation realized by first year students, writing of reports about sessions unfolding (with reflective analysis), participation in supervision sessions.
