Content of Learning Activity
This course adresses some major topics related to the interaction between work and health: evolution of work conditions and its outcomes for the workers (job stress, burnout, addictions). For each outcome, theoretical models (eg. job stress model of Karasek) and assessment tools are exposed. Part of the course is also devoted to the quality of work life and well-being.
