      Content of Learning Activity

      The course essentially develops the following themes (with the associated therapeutic approaches) : oxidative stress, inflammatory stress with the inflammasome, hormonal nuclear receptor members (essentially PPARs, Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptors), lipoprotein metabolism, unsatruatred fatty acid families and derived mediators (including prostaglandins, thromboxanes, leucotrienes, lipoxins, resolvins, neuroprotectins) and oxidized lipids, autophagy, apoptosis and targeted therapies in cancer.
