      Content of Learning Activity

      <b>The lecture will be st up in three main parts:</b> I. Reminder of the 4 main classes of small organic molecules of the cells, the water structure, pH and the acid-base chemistry II. Structures and functions of the proteins and enzymes III. The energetics of life, and carbohydrate metabolism and regulation ==> The<b> lecture </b>(face-to-face) will be associated with <b>practical works</b> (supervised work, exercices and e-learning)

      The reference book is'Biochimie de Harper Murray et al, éditions de Boeck ISBN 978-2-8041-7561-0 . The lecture will be illustrated by a slide show and Power Point animations. The slide of each course will be available to students via the Moodle platform .
