Content of Learning Activity
This course gives a thorough description of the vasculo-nervous structures, myology and organs of the chest, abdomen and pelvis, as well as a detailed topography of these structures. Some basics in clinical cases affecting this region will also be discussed. Introduction to medical imaging: interactive demonstrations of medical imaging documents (illustration of the human anatomy course by different medical imaging modes, including the scanner, and presentation of anatomical sections of the thorax and abdomen).

Slides on the moodle platform to visualise structures and the theoretical course. Introduction for each session of the structures to study. Manipulation and visualisation of isolated organs and anatomical cross sections .

Virtual practical work, exercises in the form of tests and quizzes explained and critiqued on the Moodle platform.
