      Content of Learning Activity

      <b>Theory-exercices mode course. Students must be present during the first course lecture. </b>Contents: energy bands, the Fermi level, electrical conductivity, transport equations, carriers generation and recombination, the PN junction at equilibrium, reverse and fordward biased, diode model, MOS transistor, MOS capacitor, short channel effects, MOS models, Jsspers's diagram, Bipolar transistors fundamentals, Ebers and Moll models, transport model, current equations, small and large signal devices models; transistors fundamental stages, two transistors stages, current mirrors. Advances electronics devices. Introduction to microelectronics, Microelectronics technologies, integrated circuits design flow on Cadence CAD tools.
