    Mixture composition ; degree of freedom of a system ; mass and energy balances (without and with chemical reactions) ; transport phenomena ; diffusion and turbulent transfers ; boundary layers ; mass transfer between phases ; dimensional analysis ; transfer analogies ; mass transfer equipment design ; main physical and chemical properties calculation.
