History of the production of urban spaces :
- Short reminder about Antiquities, the Middle Ages and Modern Times
- Industrial revolution: urban transition, "Bourgeois" city outside and inside the walls, Haussmannisation, working class cities.
- Post WW2 urbanisation: age of the suburban dream
- Cities of today: flagship projects, gated comunities, gentrification
- Social conflicts over the renovation of cities today
