- Master specialist knowledge in the field of economic, political and social sciences in order to mobilise it on issues related to political, economic and social environments.

- Assimilate political, economic and social environments.
- Analyse concrete political, social and economic issues in a multidisciplinary way, identifying future societal changes.
- Analyse a situation by critically selecting adapted methodological theories and approaches.
- Mobilise acquired skills in a specific professional environment.
- Independently or collectively mobilise the skills acquired through training, in social and political fields.
- Appropriately mobilise expertise taking into account the constraints and resources in the situation encountered.

Learning Outcomes of UE
Changes in the legislative framework have opened up multiple perspectives for local authorities for managing their assignments. At the end of the instruction, students will be able to recognise the possible options, the challenges and the contingencies of each of them and the steps required for their implementation.

Concepts of administrative law relating to public service; Management methods available to local authorities: Ordinary and autonomous / Intermunicipal / The ASBL / Other forms of association governed; Specifications, terms and conditions for creation, operation and control examples.
