Content of Learning Activity
Review of the way Social Sciences have been tackling the issue of nature in general and of its transformation over time, in particular. Analysis, on the base of case studies, of ecological transformations observed in various continents, in various environments (forests, deserts) and contexts (urban/rural/industrial, natural reserves) concerning i) indigenous discourses and representations ; ii) responses and strategies implemented as a way to remedy such changes.
