Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

After the training, students will be able to understand the structure of the Belgian banking & financial system, and the role of the supervisory authorities ( FSMA in Belgium). Understand the functioning of the money & financial markets ; Understant the differents banking investments products, differents types of loans ; Understand the current problems of banks ( liquidity, solvency, toxic assets...). Cases studied : Cypriots, spanish, belgian, greek banks. Insurance Pilar ( Belgium) 

Content of UE

Border between banking and insurance activities; belgian and european markets ; analysis of the different products ( loans & investments), taxation of products, patrimony ; wealth/patrimony management
