Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Actively master a knowledge base in human, legal and social sciences, essential for analysing problems in management.
    • Understand the implications of different human sciences on the way organisations and markets work.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the course, the student can distinguish the analysis of political life after the political science from that produced by journalists or commentators of political life.

Content of UE

The course consists of several parts: - The first part is devoted to the epistemological and methodological dimension. This is to explain what political science, why it is a science, what theories and concepts are necessary, what are the data on which they are based and how it is different from journalism or politics. - The second part is dedicated to the institutions and actors of the political system: the concepts and theories of the state, political parties, political regimes and other institutions and stakeholders will be discussed. - The third part will be devoted to the forms and processes of legitimation and political production. It will be based on the study of voting, political affiliation, collective action, citizenship and public policy
