Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
This course aims to teach the students the concepts, methods and strategies of the Behavioral Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis or A.B.A.), especially in the area of developmental disorders lifelong (children, adolescents and adults in a situation of maladjustment or of handicap) At the end of the course, the students are able : 1) to describe the principles and procedures of the behavioral model ; 2) to write down functional hypotheses about appropriate or problem behaviors ; and 3) to plan strategies to be used in a behavior plan, based upon the principles and the functional assessment, and to test its efficacy with the n=1 design <strong>We’ll be particularly concerned with the clinical and therapeutic interventions implemented in clinical settings. </strong> The specific objectives are presented in the Learning Guide.

Principles of the clinical intervention - Observing/measuring - Functional evaluation and Analysis - Increasing a behavior - Teaching a new behavior - Diminishing a behavior - Link stimuli/behavior- Treatment designs - Writing reports of intervention.
