Learning Outcomes of UE

Allow the students to experience the reality of designing an urban project by confronting his or her varioius hypothesis at each stage to the reality of the situation .
Streamining and exchange of information, common feedback ( master 1 & master 2 ), then, tentative global synthesis.
Define and specify the main option, then the urbanisation plan of the area with witch the master 1 students will also be involved.

Content of UE

Global approach to the renewal and extension of urban areas, on the basis of assessment and analysis of the needs in terms of housing, public spaces, public facilties and means of transport.

Prior Experience

Ability to analyse and synthesise sociological and urbanistic data as well as information on the built typology linked to the site.
