Content of Learning Activity
1) corporate law: a reminder of the basic concepts (social interest, listed companies, IPOs, ...), types of companies and difficulties that may occur; examine particular issues (powers of the board of directors, insider trading, ...); resolving conflicts between partners 2) right of companies in difficulty (regime of bankruptcy, measures provided by the law on the continuity of enterprises); examine particular issues (times of activities, goodwill disposals and liquidation crisis).
