      Content of Learning Activity

      Mains features of amphibians, turtles, crocodiles, squamata. "Population health" of these groups in the world; evaluation tools (IUCN). Main threats. Conservation biology : general topics (ecosystems, species, genetic diversity); evaluation tools (polymorphism, heterozygoty, allelic diversity, minimal population, ...); management methods (action plans); application. Case study: Galapagos tortoises; Jamaican boas.
