Content of Learning Activity
surface and interfacial tensions ; adhesion and liquid cohesion ; liquid/liquid inteface ; solid surfaces (contact angle, equilibrium equation, wettability, adhesion and cohesion) ; detergency ; interface equilibrium (Laplace and Kelvin) ; relative adsorption and Gibbs-Duhem equation ; applications : surfactants, divided solids, colloidal systems, mineral flotation.
