        Content of Learning Activity

        Historical introduction to Roman law (legal development and historical background); exposition of concepts and working methods of Roman law in which contemporary Civil law is deeply rooted: notions of legal status and family law; property and real rights; sources of obligations; description of main contracts; elements of proceedings.
