      - understand the global functions of financial markets
      - use the classic measures of the portfolio performance
      - understand the market of mergers and acquisitions
      - use the classic methods of corporate valuation
      - understand the links between the regulation of markets and law, in particular in links between companies, between companies and financial markets and FSMA, between companies and consumers...
