      Objectives of general skills

      • Deal with the duties and ethical dilemmas of the profession
      • Work in multidisciplinary teams by sharing collective responsibility for training
      • Plan courses and design appropriate educational devices for adults
      • Acquire and use learning evaluation tools for education delivered and be able to answer for their choices
      • Maintain a critical and autonomous relationship with the knowledge related to their discipline and research in education

      UE's Learning outcomes

      This programme is defined by the article 6 of the Decree of the Belgian French Community, July 17, 2002, defining the "Certificat d'aptitude pédagogique approprié à l'enseignement supérieur (CAPAES)" in higher education schools and its conditions to get it. <i>"The practice analysis axis aims at mastering pedagogical competences while in the course of one's duty</i>". <i>"The professional development axis enables to meet specificities of each higher education field".</i>
