      Objectives of general skills

      UE's Learning outcomes

      The students wil be able to:- bring out the logical structure of a general text, written in the foreign language;- render the meaning of this text in a correct French;- advisedly use dictionaries and reference documents.At the end of this programme component, students will be able to :- implement the basic principles of terminological work;- select and to use terminological tools;- manage the terminology necessary to a translation project.They will be able to:- provide a true and accurate translation of text using the foreign language correctly and appropriately;- apply appropriate strategies of revision, avoidance and communication.
