UE's Learning outcomes
Molecular imaging course aims to give theoretical support and an experimental approach with some concrete examples of different current imaging techniques.
UE Content
Generalities on X-rays, nuclear imaging with the aid of radioactive isotopes (technical PET and SPECT) imaging with ultrasounds, MALDI imaging, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), optical imaging (FRAP, FRET, FLIM, FLIP and FCS) Conclusions: advantages / disadvantages of the different techniques, complementary aspects of the techniques (multimodal imaging)
