      Objectives of general skills

      • Promote student success particularly by taking into account the diversity of courses
      • Deal with the duties and ethical dilemmas of the profession
      • Maintain a critical and autonomous relationship with the knowledge related to their discipline and research in education
      • Have a reflexive and interdisciplinary view of scientific knowledge and its teaching

      UE's Learning outcomes

      Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;" />- use the knowledge in sociology of education to correctly interpret the situations they encounter in and around the classroom and to adapt themselves to the school population they will encounter as future teachers; <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;" />- understand the societal issues linked with their future teaching practice; <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;" />- adopt a critical point of view on school organization and on their own teaching practice.
