      Objectives of general skills

      • Understand the fundamentals
        • Have a good knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of physics and of the role of models and theories.
        • Undertake further study having already acquired and enhanced the necessary learning skills
      • Provide clear and accurate information
        • Communicate complex information to a qualified scientific partner
      • Have a rigorous scientific approach
        • Solve simple problems in the context of physics by identifying their basic aspects and by using both appropriate theoretical and experimental methods

      UE's Learning outcomes

The general objective of this course  is to teach the students how to understand or describe the macroscopic properties of material, starting  from the classic interactions between atoms.

      UE Content

This  unit consists of a learning activity called statistical physics which consists of 30 hours of theory and 30 hours of exercises
