      Objectives of general skills

      • Understand the fundamentals (theories and tools) in human and social sciences
        • Identify and explain the basic theoretical trends in various fields of human sciences (law, economics, management, history, psychology, etc.) and their applications.
      • Understand the fundamentals in the field of political science (Political Science option)
        • Distinguish objectivity from subjectivity, and express the ideological dimension behind political and institutional issues.
      • Communicate in a clear, structured and justified manner on issues related to human and social sciences
        • Demonstrate analytical skills.

      UE's Learning outcomes

      At the end of instruction, the student will be able to achieve acquisition and command of legal language relating to Belgian commercial law, including specific terminology and methods.

      Legal status of commercial of civil entities or non-profit organizations; specific rules related to business purposes; main commercial contracts; introduction to corporate law and insolvency regulations.
