      Objectives of general skills

      • Use language as a tool of legal thinking to understand the concepts, techniques and terminology to express a rigorous legal thought
        • Use specific English language skills to open up other legal systems
        • Use Dutch for all sources of law specific to Belgium

      UE's Learning outcomes

      By the end of the course, the students should show that in English/Dutch he has acquired lexical and grammatical knowledge:
      - to understand general texts as well as legal texts that are not too technical, in relation to subject matter studied in classe;
      - to recognise/use new words and new structures;
      - to translate sentences, in relation to subject matter studied in classe.<br type="_moz" />
