      Contents

      Introduction to art history; chronological articulation of arts evolution in Europe; initiation into the principal movements of art, highlighting the contribution of Greek and Roman arts to the European cultural heritage; approach to the Middle Age, the Renaissance and Classicism and Neo-classicism overview of the major stylistic and formal developments.

      Outstanding university and museum authorities are regularly invited to lecture on campus.
