Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this course, students will be able to manage a group of 1st year students (tutoring): organization of meetings, planning of work sessions, animation of sessions, time management, evaluation of functioning, observations and preparation of reports, reflexive analysis of the functioning of the group. They will be able to write a reflective activity report from each tutoring session.
Content of UE
Theoretical concepts: group concept, cohesion factors, group communication, leadership, conflict management, etc.
Practical work: organization of tutoring sessions between peers, support in the realization of a work by the students of block 1 and evaluation of a presentation on the basis of a grid of criteria, writing of a logbook describing the different tutoring sessions, etc.
Prior Experience
Requirements: all UE in B1.
Depending on the specific organisation of the activity, a maximum number of students will be selected each year. The candidates will be selected taking into account the results of these students in the EU "Political Economy and Tutoring" of B1 and, in case of a tie, the redaction of a cover letter.

The evaluation will be based on participation in the theoretical and tutoring sessions, the logbook and the oral exam.
