Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

Building on Bachelor courses (Bibliographie et outils informatiques; English for Pharmaceutical Sciences), this transdisciplinary course aims to enable students to read pharmaceutical/scientific documents in English with confidence.

Content of UE

During this course, the students will be asked to develop their vocabulary and to analyse the syntax of a sentence by reading scientific papers and giving presentations.

Prior Experience

Be able to : - use basic English grammar in a pharmaceutical/scientific context - extract information from pharmaceutical/scientific texts in English - use pharmacy and science-related vocabulary - apply the basic rules of pronunciation in English
