Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the first block of the master in interpreting, students will be able to :
- render original messages in fluent French and Dutch, with no errors of meaning, of syntax or of grammar that might prevent understanding and communication ;
- mobilize the right discipline and terminology knowledge ;
- identify the discursive strategies and replicate them correctly ; 
- manage the multimodality of the interaction ;
- mobilize the right intercultural and interpersonal skills ;
- mobilize the deontology 'savoir-être' and stick to the liaison interpreter's deontology code. 

Content of UE


Biactive liaison interpretation of relatively non-specialized interactions on specific themes of the French-Dutch professional market. 
Exercises based on dyadic interactions (between two people) on a specific theme, but with non-prepared interactions.
