Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Have acquired highly specialised and integrated knowledge and broad skills in the various disciplines of computer science, which come after those within the Bachelor's in computer science.
  • Manage large-scale software development projects.
    • Lead a project by mastering its complexity and taking into account the objectives, allocated resources and constraints that characterise it.

- Model a real time system.
- Apprehend synchronisation mechanisms and inter-process and thread communication.
- Exploit Linux system.
- Exploit system and multithread programming.
- Follow a methodology of real-time application design.
- Schedule real-time processes.

Final report of the laboratories (20% of the mark);
Written examination, with class notes (slides), 1 question about scheduling, 1 question about real time modeling (case study) (40% of the mark);
Programming exercise of a small real-time problem, with laboratory notes, performed on a PC during the examination (40% of the mark).
