Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Have a complete understanding. Analyse any communicative situation (real or depicted) in reference to the theoretical and methodological frameworks within various scientific approaches to language.
    • Master and appropriately mobilise knowledge and methodological approaches to understand and explain the normal/atypical/pathological functioning of individuals, groups or organisations, using any form of language.
    • Analyse and model a communicative situation (individually or collectively) by critically selecting isolated theories and suitable methodological approaches.
  • Have a willingness to keep learning. Assess and pursue professional and personal development.
    • Monitor knowledge and methodological approaches in order to evolve their thinking and practice.
    • Learn from practice (based particularly on assessment). Question themselves.
    • Analyse their personal functioning and adapt their professional attitudes.
    • Continue to train and improve their skills.

Learning Outcomes of UE

In an optics of interdisciplinarity, this course has to bring the students to develop a reflection on the psychological processes bound to the structure of personality of the author and the translator exercising an influence on the use of a lexicon, a syntax, specific semantic fields during the operation of translation. The student must be able to analyze the stylistic specificities of the various forms of language and papers.

Content of UE

Study of the genesis of the imagination (symbolization, transitional space, simulation of a checked(controlled) reality, an assimilation of the reality to the Me, etc.). Study of the structuring of the personality in an interdisciplinary optics. To what extent the unconscious and the structure of personality of the translator they influence the operation of translation? Study of the stylistic specificities of the various literary genres. Analysis of the diachronic structures, registers(language levels), linguistic universes, the metalanguage, the relevance, anachronisms, etc.
