Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Communicate in a structured way - both orally and in writing, in French and English - giving clear, accurate, reasoned information
    • Argue to and persuade customers, teachers and a board both orally and in writing
    • Use the English language to "advanced independent user" level, equivalent to B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
  • Demonstrate thoroughness and independence throughout their studies
    • Demonstrate self-awareness, asses themself, and develop appropriate learning strategies.
    • Learn to use various resources made available to inform and train independently

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this learning activity, the student will have acquired and / or developed listening comprehension and reading comprehension skills in general English language (B1 + minimum level at the end of the UE). He/she will also have reviewed and assimilated the basic structures of the English language.

Content of UE

Development of listening and reading comprehension skills and grammar revision.
