Content of UE

The second year course is focused on single-family housing or grouped into a few units taking into account the practical requirements of the architecture project: physical environment, orientation, functional and dimensional requirements, technical requirements, aesthetic choices.
These exercises will try to make students understand concepts such as: limits, opening-closing, path, balance, harmony, rhythm... They will go along with a personal work of research and reference analysis.
Teaching methods: ex-cathedra courses, interactive courses, field work, exercise sessions, visits, individual work, case studies.
