Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
The student will have to analyze a scientific article concerning a chapter of the course of your choice. For this, a scientific article on Microbial Ecology must be read and analyzed (ISME Journal, Microbial Ecology, etc.). You must first send the article for validation before July 30th, 2020 (david.gillan@umons.ac.be). Then, it will be necessary to make a summary in French, of minimum 3 pages (max 10 pages) which can include graphs and having to describe the methods and the results obtained. You will have to finish with a critical section entitled "Weak points of the article" which explains why you think. This part is very important and should be at least 1 page. There are always weak points! The report should be sent by e-mail (david.gillan@umons.ac.be). Deadline: August 15, 2020.
