| The deliverable is a report analyzing the economic situation of a fictional company and to take and justify business decisions from the given situation. All information will be given to concerned students. |
Content of Learning Activity
Students are the main actors of the training. They are divided into 3 groups. Each group manages a firm. Decisions of one group and those of its competitors are introduced in a software which simulates the economical system. At the end of each fictitious year, each group receives the annual accounts of its firm, the financial control and the report of the economical situation and analyses the effects of the decisions which have been taken. Each year, members of the group define together the following strategies: Marketing Strategy, Production Strategy, Financial Strategy, Social Strategy and R&D Strategy.
